Digital Marketing Operations Lead


3n Strategy is a people analytics consultancy on a mission to improve the world by enabling organisations to Make Better People Decisions by using their HR data. Directly as 3n Strategy and through the HR Analytics ThinkTank we invest heavily in both content and communities related to data-driven HR.


We are looking for a new Digital Marketing Operations Lead to manage the delivery of our digital content and marketing delivery for 3n Strategy and the HR Analytics ThinkTank.



Working  under the guidance of our Managing Director, you will work autonomously to deliver our content and community strategy. Your role will be critical in ensuring our content strategy is smoothly delivered, ensuring maximum impact and knowledge sharing with our audiences, as part of our delivery strategy.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Working with Managing Director to input into short and long term marketing strategy
  • Managing and scheduling our entire content strategy for 3n Strategy and the HR Analytics ThinkTank's newsletters, blogs, webinars, social media posts and more via our enterprise Hubspot instance
  • Managing the delivery of content creation by our consultants, partners and academic research teams
  • Ownership and management of marketing data strategy and automations alongside other team members
  • Supporting wider event and marketing delivery if required


  • This role is intended to be a full-time role although qualified candidates looking for part-time roles will also be considered. We operate fully flexible working hours.
  • You must have 5+ years experience of working in digital marketing roles
  • You must have foundational knowledge and experience about marketing technologies, preferably Hubspot
  • You must be fluent in English and eligible to work in the UK
  • Preference will be shown to candidates with marketing experience within HR, HR Technology, People Analytics or HR vendor environments such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday


  • This role will  mostly be remote with the expectation of 1 day a month in London for team meetings.
  • While there may be the occasional need for travel across the UK, mainland Europe and North America for marketing purposes, we expect the role to  be mostly based in the UK.
  • Whilst the team and leadership are always available you will need to be comfortable working autonomously. We offer flexibility on hours and working times, as long as customer and business needs are met. Do not expect to work excessive hours.
