About the Role
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Junior Data Validation & QA Analyst to support a short-term assignment focused on ensuring the accuracy and consistency of HR and workforce metrics. The successful candidate will play a key role in validating and comparing data outputs across multiple SAP platforms.
You will be responsible for cross-checking the metrics produced in SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics (WFA) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) against the raw source data provided in SuccessFactors reports. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a 3n Strategy People Analytics Consultant, providing regular progress updates and maintaining an issue log to ensure transparency and accuracy throughout the validation process.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate HR and workforce metrics by comparing system outputs (WFA and SAC) with underlying SuccessFactors data reports.
- Identify and document discrepancies, inconsistencies, or errors in reported data.
- Maintain an issue log to track and communicate findings.
- Provide regular updates to the supervising 3n Strategy People Analytics Consultant.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of datasets used for workforce reporting and analysis.
- Work autonomously to complete daily validation tasks and meet deadlines.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Previous experience in data validation, data QA, or similar roles.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP Analytics Cloud is desirable but not required (training can be provided where necessary).
- Proficient in Excel or other data handling tools for cross-checking and validation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting findings.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fully remote environment.

Contract Details
