Role Purpose

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery across multiple client engagements. These projects may range from multi-stream People Intelligence initiatives to targeted analytics or dashboarding work. Your role will ensure that delivery is structured, predictable, and aligned with client expectations.

You will coordinate project planning, resource management, stakeholder communication, and internal execution, working closely with consultants who specialise in SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, and workforce strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all phases of delivery, from initiation to close, across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Build and manage timelines, milestones, and workplans using Microsoft Project and Scoro.
  • Coordinate internal and client resources, ensuring clarity of roles, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Manage risk, scope, change, and escalation, ensuring delivery to agreed expectations.
  • Prepare and present status reports, planning documents, and retrospectives.
  • Act as the main client delivery contact, providing structure and visibility to project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales teams to develop realistic delivery plans, resourcing models, and implementation timelines.
  • Contribute to internal delivery processes, including project templates, reporting tools, and documentation hygiene.

 

Delivery Ecosystem and Working Model
  • The Project Manager will coordinate projects that span technical, strategic, and visual workstreams in People Intelligence.
  • Clients are based in North America and Northern/Western Europe, with delivery conducted remotely.
  • Project methodology is flexible, tailored to client needs (e.g. agile, waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Tools include Microsoft Project, Scoro, and standardised internal delivery templates.
  • The role is fully remote, full-time, and permanent, with occasional travel required for key meetings.

 

Skills and Experience

Essential:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in consulting or enterprise environments.
  • Experience delivering data or analytics-based projects, ideally in HR or workforce domains.
  • Proficient in project planning tools, including Microsoft Project and/or Scoro.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and client relationship skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering multi-stakeholder projects on time and within scope.
  • Experience managing projects in remote and cross-timezone settings.
  • Confident working independently with accountability for delivery outcomes.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of People Analytics, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Datasphere, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Experience supporting pre-sales or internal delivery operations.
  • Familiarity with hybrid delivery models and adaptable governance practices.

 

Decision-Making Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Owning delivery accountability for projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment to agreed scope, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Making decisions about resource scheduling, task ownership, and issue escalation in coordination with delivery leads.
  • Managing and adapting project plans and timelines in response to delivery progress or client changes.
  • Selecting appropriate tools, templates, and governance approaches to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Representing 3n Strategy in client-facing communications, including project reviews, planning discussions, and milestone updates.

They will escalate risks or blockers where needed but are expected to manage day-to-day delivery independently and effectively.
